Authenticity must be supported by product-, supplier- or device-level evidence. A brand name, image, listing title, SKU or storefront location is not proof of authenticity or authorized-dealer status.
Evidence that may support a claim
- Approved supplier and purchase records.
- Product identifiers matched to an authorized registry where available.
- Inspection or verification records with a defined scope.
- Customer-safe serial or IMEI verification through an abuse-protected service.
Current storefront boundary
The storefront has no connected authenticity registry or unrestricted device lookup. It therefore does not issue an authenticity certificate or reveal ownership, supplier, warehouse, order-value or internal risk data.
Product-page labels
An authenticity label should appear only when the relevant structured record explicitly supports it. When the field is absent, the theme must not infer a result.
