Typical eligibility information
- Registered business identity and operating market.
- Sales channels, customer type and product categories.
- Expected order frequency and approximate volume.
- Tax, resale or import documentation where applicable.
Review process
Applications may be reviewed for business verification, market fit, compliance requirements, payment risk and operational capacity. Additional documents may be requested through a separately approved channel.
Program terms
Any reseller pricing, minimum order quantity, payment terms, product access, warranty treatment, returns process or account support must be confirmed in approved account terms. Public storefront pricing does not establish reseller pricing.
Brand and product claims
Reseller status does not automatically grant manufacturer authorization, trademark rights or permission to make unsupported authenticity or warranty claims. Product-specific records and approved agreements control.
