  • Warranty responsibilities, credit-term request, notes and privacy consent

Accepted-submission contract

A connected backend must set the initial status to submitted, generate a unique reference, send an acknowledgement, create an internal assignment, issue the required notification and append an audit event.

Decisions excluded from the storefront

No automatic credit approval, reseller approval, wholesale pricing, inventory allocation, delivery commitment, completed order or approved quotation.

Privacy and security boundary

Business documents, contact data, pricing targets and commercial terms must not be stored in theme JavaScript, browser storage or URL parameters. The service must enforce authentication where required, authorization, rate limits, validation, file scanning, retention controls and audit logging.
