Product Condition Guide

A condition label is useful only when the listing also states the inspection scope, cosmetic observations, functional status, included items, battery information where applicable, warranty terms and return eligibility.

New

Unused product. Packaging condition, included items and applicable warranty must still be disclosed.

Open Box

Packaging has been opened. Cosmetic condition, functional checks and missing items must be stated.

Grade A

Light cosmetic wear may be present. Functional status and supporting inspection details are required.

Grade B

Visible cosmetic wear may be present. Material limitations, functional status and warranty terms must be disclosed.

Grade C

Heavy cosmetic wear or other significant limitations must be clearly described before purchase.

Parts Only

The item is not represented as fully functional. Missing components, known faults, warranty and return eligibility must be explicit.
